Psychology Session

How long does each therapy session take?

First Assessment Sessions are 80 minutes long. This helps me undertake an evaluation of your mental health, as well as your life story, relationship patterns and history of the presenting issues you're interested in working on. It is intended to allow enough time for thinking together about your goals for change and how individual therapy will help you towards making those changes.

Ongoing treatment sessions are 50 minutes duration.
